Patti Smith: Dream of Life is the full-length feature directorial debut for artist and photographer Steven Sebring. Self-taught in photography as a teenager, he established himself as a photographer, working for fashion magazines and shooting advertising and fashion campaigns for companies such as Ralph Lauren and Maybelline.
