Terence Davies (Distant Voices, Still Lives; The House of Mirth) created this idiosyncratic documentary as part of the Digital Departures scheme, set up by North West Vision and Media to tie in with Liverpool’s City of Culture status. We are honoured to present a special preview. Blending a poetic verbal account of Davies’ early life in Liverpool with contemporary and archive footage of the city, this is a wonderful journey with a wise guide.
