In her directorial debut, which she also scripted, Moreau is joined by an impressive cast including Lucia Bosé, Keith Carradine and Bruno Ganz. Moreau herself plays an actress heading towards a certain age, who takes two friends on holiday to discuss their love lives, past and present. Beautifully shot and acutely observed, this delicate and personal piece shows Moreau’s great insight and sensitivity as an artist.
