A thrilling political drama from one of India’s top new directors.

In a small town in India, corrupt political leaders collaborate with multinational companies on a large-scale infrastructure project. A well-known professor who opposes the project is struck down by a lorry during a protest rally. The professor’s assistant and lover, a young student, seeking the truth behind the incident, enlists the aid of a small-time pornographer who holds some key evidence. Based on Vassilis Vassilikos’ novel Z, this is a smart and complex political thriller.
