Gattaca meets Rollerball meets Blade Runner...

When over-population makes coexistence impossible, the government decides to divide the population by implanting an enzyme into people's DNA. As a result, all humans are now regulated by sunlight and darkness, transforming them into day or nighttime creatures, destined never to meet. Stunning cinematography in a palette of grays and blues, and stylish production design add to the atmosphere in this quietly absorbing sci-fi drama.

1970's sci-fi meets Ladyhawk. Nothing original - the most disappointing film of the Festival.
