A very intimate look at the pleasures and perils of young love.
Strident young photographer Nadja (Henriette Heinze) is a creature of uncompromising independence - at least until she meets handsome Darius (Golo Euler) during one of her regular nights of hectic clubbing. What begins as a standard druggy one-nighter becomes an all-consuming passion - with all the danger that implies. Beautifully played by Heinze, Nadja's rapid descent from the dizzy heights of romance will resonate with anyone who's ever made an error of emotional judgement (and who hasn't?). In her frank, stylish debut feature, writer/director Felicitas Korn displays infectious energy, startling emotional insight and a rare command of that most awkward of filmmaking challenges: the sex scene.
