Be prepared!

A boy scout mentality is required for the programme and box office launch next week. Check out our four step plan to EIFF happiness.

The next few days will be a hive of activity at Festival HQ but you can get yourself ready for launch with some careful (crafty?) planning using our four step plan.

  1. Subscribe to the EIFF e-newsletter by becoming a Web Member - you'll get notification the second the full programme hits the website. There are loads of other Web Member benefits, including free tickets during the fest with the daily Ticket Grab. Click here to register now.
  2. You'll be able to peruse the full programme of films and events on this very website, download a PDF of the brochure or pick up a paper copy at Edinburgh's Filmhouse from midday on Tuesday 1 June.
  3. Write-off the following 48 hours to work your way through the plethora of cinematic delights! Seriously, there are 100-plus fantastic movies and events to drool over. Web Members can use the My Movies planner to plot a perfect fest. Smart bunch, those Web Members.
  4. Box office launch is at midday on Thursday 3 June. Book online or take a lunch break and get on the blower to us. Not working? Feel free to join the queue of fest fanatics at Filmhouse.

And that's it! With a little bit of planning you'll be experiencing EIFF bliss come 16 June, safe in the knowledge that you've secured the hottest tickets for the 2010 fest.
