Finding a rare film print which will then be shown to audiences for the first time in decades.
Marjolein started working for EIFF in 2009 as a volunteer after she had graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a MSC in Film Studies. Inspired by the film festival atmosphere, she moved between different roles at EIFF and the International Documentary Festival Amsterdam (IDFA) for several years. She has also worked for the Glasgow Film Theatre and is now enjoying her position at Filmhouse and EIFF as Programme Coordinator.
Winners of EIFF 2014’s short film awards and two of its documentary premieres have been nominated for 2015 BAFTAs.
